So according to this story, NASA is going to broadcast "Across The Universe" by the Beatles across the galaxy to the North Star, Polaris. 

Two questions:  What exactly is the going rate for ASCAP and BMI for intergalactic licensing?  And have our friends at NASA considered the implications if General Zod doesn't care for the Beatles?
